Rules To Follow

 Rules:
What to do when you don't want to eat (but feel like you're going to):
  1. listen to thinspirational music
  2. watch thinspiration - youtube/pictures
  3. chew gum
  4. drink tea
  5. leave the house w/o any money
  6. drink coffee or diet hot cocoa
  7. exercise
  8. drink water or a no calorie drink
  9. throw up

Tips:
  1. Eating off a blue plate reduces your appetite (it's because there are so few, if any, foods that are actually blue)
  2. Wear chap-stick or lipgloss - you won't want to eat because you'll have to reapply
  3. Carry around a liter sized bottle of seltzer all day and tell people you're just trying to drink more water.  It will keep you hydrated and fill you up.
  4. Hot drinks (coffee and tea) and soup fill you up. 
  5. If you lie about a meal, make sure you take the money out of your wallet and time our of your schedule.
  6. Grapes + diet soda = bloating = will make you feel full if that's what your craving.
  7. If you're really hungry, sit with your knees up to your chest, or lie on your stomach
  8. Eat with chopsticks - it will help you eat more slowly!
  9. After throwing up, brush your teeth and drink milk or take a calcium pill for your teeth.
 
To make it look like you ate more than you did / lies:
  1. Take 1 bite, then cut 3 more pieces, eat a bite, cut 3 pieces etc. - then mush it around your plate
  2. Vegetarian
  3. Can't digest buttery things because you don't eat them often
  4. Lactose intolerant
  5. Already ate 
  6. Acidic foods don't "agree" with you.
