Chocolate: fat free hot cocoa! (20 calories for the Nestle brand)
Salty / Bread: Popcorn with Pam non-stick spray and salt (pop plain kernels in a pot, add spray and salt - super low calorie, a pot is about 120 calories!)



Things to stock your house with:
  1. Tea bags (all types!)
  2. Instant coffee mix (caf and decaf) 
  3. diet hot cocoa mix (20 cals/packet)
  4. celery 
  5. Tea To Go (peach is my favorite) 
  6. seltzer
  7. diet soda
  8. polymer sugar free fiber jam (very low cal, frozen it tastes like sorbet!)
  9. chicken broth cubes
  10. pickles
  11. diet pills!
 
The 100 calorie salad (perfect for lunch or dinner):
  1. Light Green Lettuce (as much as you want!)
  2. A few slices of cucumber
  3. Pickles
  4. Celery
  5. 3 few baby carrots
  6. 2 Grape Tomatoes
  7. 1/4 Chicken breast (50 cals)
Both of these have a lot of fiber so they make you feel full, but they don't have a lot of calories. I prefer Wasa crackers because thin crisps have a slightly addictive taste.
  • Wasa Crackers (plain: 30 cals. each)
  • Thin Crisps (plain: 20 cals. each)

Grapefruit is NOT a zero calorie food! There is a myth circulating about this and it is not true.  They actually have about 100 calories each.
 


"To make a negative calorie food list, we must be precisely clear on what we mean. There has been some confusion about this phrase. Some have thought that this kind of food contains no calories at all. This can't be right as long as all kinds of food contains at least some energy.

You can also eat protein in combination with such food. Good protein will help you control your appetite as well as increase your metabolism because the total amount of calories are not reduced too much.

Fennel, aubergine, gourd, broccoli, leek, cabbage, lettuce, carrots, marrow, cauliflower, peppers, celery, radish, chicory, spinach, cress, tomato, cucumber, turnip.

Fruits
Apricot, mandarin orange, blackberry, melon cantaloupe, blackcurrant, peaches, clementines, plums, damsons, raspberry, grapefruit. rhubarb, guava, strawberry, honeydew melon, tangerine, lemon, watermelon.
